Ingredients

50g rolled porridge oats

50g greek yogurt

122g low fat milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seed

1/2 banana, mashed

1/2 tsp cinnamon

How To

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar and stir until combined
  2.  Leave overnight. Top with sliced banana and drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
