Pineapple & Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

250g rolled oats

4 teaspoon white chia seeds

75g shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

250g frozen pineapple

500ml  coconut milk

2 teaspoon lime juice

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (optional) or collagen protein powder

1 Tbsp maple syrup

Granola Topping (Optional)

 

How To

Combine the ALL of the ingredients (except the optional granola) in a bowl and then divide between two glass jars with an airtight lid. Stick them in the fridge for a few hours and up to overnight is optimal. These will store for up to 4 days in the fridge.
